To my daughter

I knew the time will come

when you’ll be taken from me

I watched you growing up

wait every passing day

I knew that time will come

for live will soon demanded

when you’ll find someone

who’ll take you far away

and you’ll never see

the sadness in my smile

your eyes will overflowed

with happiness and tears

no, you will never see

the shadow in my heart

as I watch fall to earth

the spring of all my years

and I’ll can see the pain

believe the father’s proud

while in silent church

together side by side

each measure step with bring me

closer to the time

you’ll say the simple words

and believed in sorrow

for what is mine today

will not see tomorrow

I had to step a side

for someone I do not knew

when all is said and done

he lead and you will follow

while through the stain glass window

I’ll watch my daughter go

I knew the time will come

You’ll blossom every gently

one day from innocence

to woman lovely & wised

I knew, the time will come

one unexpected moment

the donor life and You

will waken in your eye’s

for he will come alone

with only his boy’s chars

he’ll take your heart away

and leave me empty arms

and I will rude this day

this day he comes to you

with promises of love

to make your dreams come true

and only takes your name

and gives he’s instead

he’ll  never knew the time’s

I stood beside your bag

already I despise

the stranger with no face

but if he’ll bring your joy

my heart to him I  render

I’ll give to him your hand

our name I will surrender

yes I will do all this

becouse I love you so

and as I see you knew

sweet child so softly sleeping

your youth and moment skiping

the time will come,  I knew !
